Lore Perfumery is known for their beautiful store on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. The brand wanted to expand their awareness and introduce the exclusive brands they stock to a whole new audience – online. They required a website that not only showcased their thousands of products, but that was able to facilitate a membership program, customer reviews and POS and inventory integration.

How we went about it

Digital Strategy + Project management

The beginning of this project necessitated requirement gathering from the POS team who worked closely with the team in the bricks and mortar store. Understanding the capabilities of the POS system and the requirements of the client allowed us to create a strategy that ticked the boxes for all stakeholders.

Results so far

Buying perfume is a hard decision at the best of times. Setting expectations and facilitating purchases online comes with even more challenges. We workshopped requirements for the ecommerce build in order to facilitate a membership program and a user experience that would entice consumers to purchase a usually prohibitive product online with ease and flexibility, including the sending of sample packs and straightforward exchange programs.
